A very spontaneous purchase after reading their excellent advert online. Karl promptly replied to my enquiry, gave me a competitive quote for part-ex, and handled my transaction in a friendly and professional manner. I can highly recommend Templar Cars if you want a decent car with a no hassle approach.

I absolutely cannot recommend Templar Cars enough. I had a wonderful experience buying my yellow Toyota Aygo with them, which was well priced and perfectly advertised. Andy was wonderful from start to finish and could not have been more helpful and genuine. After I had bought the car, they were happy to provided storage for an extra month as I was away and unable to collect it. When I went to pick it up last week, my Mum had arranged for them to put eyelashes on it (family joke!) which the guys had happily obliged to do, and meant a great surprise for me when I walked in. On top of this, whilst my Mum and I were in the office with Andy, Karl had put eyelashes on my Mums car, to get their own back on her! They have a brilliant sense of humour and we all had a good laugh about it! Absolutely wonderful customer service, and a real personal experience, these guys really go above and beyond. Thanks so much to all at Templar Cars for such a positive experience!

I cannot praise enough the excellent, professional ,friendly and good humoured service my daughter and I experienced in purchasing a car from Templar Cars. The service was above and beyond any previous car purchase making it a memorable and special start to my daughters car ownership. Highly recommended 😀

Templar Cars were amazing , I hadn’t purchased a second hand car for over 20 years!!! They were so Honest and not Pushy at all !!! I fell in Love with a gorgeous BMW . For Personal reasons I couldn’t go ahead with the car .. Carl is amazing at his Job so efficient and Honest . We will definitely see you again. Thank you from Louise & Jerry

I purchased a Fiat 500L trekking from them a while back now. The car has proved brilliant, no issues at all. The service at Templar Cars was spot on. Not too pushy, gave you chance to breathe and think. Car was as described and clean and tidy. All niggles agreed to be done where done exactly as promised. I would definitely consider them again. Bought a bmw and dealt originally with Carl.. on arrival to garage very approachable honest and professional. When picking car up dealt with Andy the owner as Carl had a customer.. all staff brill garage clean and cars immaculate. Would recommend visiting templar cars. Honest talk from the outset. Dropped in without pre-arrangement but was made most welcome by the two persons in the office.Was given a test drive even at the inconvenience of moving many vehicles. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys.Love my Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4 SZ4 64 plate purchased from them. Really good condition for year. Excellent Car Dealership. Thanks

A bit of a strange experience from my perspective - "sweetbitter" for want of a better word. I purchased a Ford Mondeo 240ps from Templar around a year ago. The car was in fantastic condition and had had quite a lot of work done. After many phone calls, I felt assured that Templar knew what they were doing so went ahead with the purchase. The car was dropped off and my part ex collected, everything went smoothly and I was very happy with my new car. A couple of days later, I was checking things over and noticed the Engine cover and undercover were missing. Rest assured Templar sent me new items and paid the invoice for fitting of the undercover. A few weeks go by and I start to get transmission issues, to cut a long story short, Templar had the issue rectified but I was about £300 out of pocket. Just before the 6 month mark, I reported another issue to Templar, this time it was intermittent and only appeared in damp conditions so it was difficult to diagnose especially with it now

As can be seen from our other reviews we always try our best to resolve any issues. However you cannot please all of the people all of the time and when a customer becomes unreasonable there is little more we can do.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo Mito from Templar Cars for my son. Traveled down from the Lake District some 118 miles but worth it for a beautiful as described Black Alfa Romeo Mito. Unfortunately the car had what turned out to be a glow plug issue and a fan problem. Being a distance away from Templar Cars they allowed me to use a local garage to get the car fixed at Templars cost. Nothing was a problem for Templar Cars and I strongly recommend you to use them. A good garage at a good price with great after sales support
