We had an absolutely phenomenal experience here, This was one of numerous garages we went to to find the perfect car and to say they go above and beyond is an understatement. They gave us a no hassle and no pressure drive around, let us look at the car as much as we wanted, went through all the warranty, service history. MOT history and receipts with us. They then went on to let us wait until waaaaay after 5pm when they shut to arrange insurance so that we could drive the car away that day as we lived far away. They let us put the car seat and our baby in the car to test it and drive around. They also then showed us all the little things the car does to save us going through the whole manual! Payment was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Where do I start , they was so friendly and polite which I felt so relaxed not like going into a car sales place and being targeted for a sale or being left alone for hours while they do paper work , the gent was super fast with paperwork and the car was soo clean . Although I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from Templar Cars, their customer service was nothing short of first class! Andy was knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy when I travelled over from Warrington to view a small automatic vehicle. They even offered a complimentary lift back to the train station, which in my eyes, is above and beyond the standard expectations of customer service! Fantastic family business; would highly recommend!
